The Minnesota Owls Junior A Hockey Team is looking for families or persons to host an out of town player for the upcoming 2008-2009 hockey season starting September 1, 2008 through the middle of
April 2009.
The requirements are as follows:
A room and bed for the player
Most of the players are self sufficient, so it is not neccessary to cook meals for them, but you can if you want. You must have food in the house for them to make.
Players furnish their own snacks and personal items.
The players have rules and curfew to follow from the team.
The host family would receive a stipend of $275.00 each month for the player staying with them
The host family would receive season passes to all Owls home games.
The players have their own transportation.
The Owls staff and host family work very closely together to ensure a pleasant experience for both throughout the season.
